Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
- 4 Years Graduate as Business Administration or with experience as Store Manager.
- Supervise and lead front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
- Ensure strict compliance with Japanese food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures, including cleanliness and readiness.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients, especially for Japanese dishes (e.g., sushi-grade items).
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily performance.
- Conduct team briefings to align service goals and daily targets.
- Train staff on Japanese dining etiquette and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely ordering of supplies.
- Control costs, minimize waste, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with management on promotions, menu updates, and business strategies.
