- Responsible for procuring and supplying vessel-related goods and services efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Coordinates with technical teams to ensure timely deliveries and maintains accurate procurement records.
- Provides regular supply updates to vessels and superintendents.
- Diploma in Logistics or any related disciplines
- Good command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills
- Product knowledge, Communication, Negotiation, and Analytical Skill
- At least 2 years of administrative and purchasing experience within a shipping organization or 4 years of purchasing experience from a different industry is an advantage
- Relevant experience on operations of ships supplies, good understanding of procurement practices and procedures is an advantage"
