- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively promote and recommend items to customers.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping experience.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of retail experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
