Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and itineraries.
- Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.
- Stay updated on travel trends and promotions to effectively advise clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in travel planning or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
