Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and helpful manner.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, account management, or general questions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality standards and performance goals set by the team.
Job Requirements
- Educational Attainment: Open to any educational background (High School Graduates, Senior High School Graduates, College Undergraduates, or College Graduates are all welcome to apply).
- Experience: No experience required (Starters and fresh graduates are highly encouraged).
- Skills: * Good conversational English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Willing to work on-site in Cebu and open to shifting schedules (including night shifts/weekends).
