Description - Assist customers via phone, email, or chat in resolving their inquiries and issues.
- Provide information about products and services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service procedures and customer experiences.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: atleast Senior High School
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing scenarios
- Working Conditions: Working hours may vary and may include evenings and weekends
