We are looking for candidates with Insurance Agent working experience for our Financial Accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
● Follow standard operations and procedures.
● Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
● Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
● Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
