Description
Customer Assistance
- Handle billing & subscription questions promptly.
- Answer general inquiries.
- Sign-up steps & requirements.
- Product, pricing, promotions, referral programs.
- Plans, features, app usage, account cancellation.
- Card activation & account maintenance
Financial Support
- Explain transaction status/history vs. account balance .
Escalations & Special Requests
- Card reorder, account downgrade.
- Dispute forms, fee waives/refunds.
- Expedited card delivery, funding source removal.
- Bank statements, instant deposit activation.
- Account name, phone number, DOB changes.
- Assist with linking bank accounts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Schedule : Amenable on night shift / shifting schedule
- Experience Level: At least 6 months Exp, with Multi channel experience (Non Voice or back office), Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving skills; strong work ethic; ability to work in a team environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Technical skills; financial literacy; effective people skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle call center operations and multitask effectively.
