Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced USRN Team Leader to oversee team performance and support Utilization Management operations for a healthcare account. The ideal candidate must have an active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license, relevant BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience, and prior people-management experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise team members supporting Utilization Management operations.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and adherence to operational standards.
Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
Ensure compliance with healthcare processes, documentation requirements, and account procedures.
Coordinate with management and relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and meet business targets.
Required Skills :
Active USRN license from any mainland US state.
At least 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.
At least 1 year of experience in people management, team leadership, or supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage team performance and work effectively in a shifting schedule.
Qualifications :
Must hold an active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license from any mainland US state.
Must have at least 1 year of relevant people-management experience.
Must be willing to work on a temporary WFH arrangement and follow a shifting schedule.
