Job Title: Sales Account Executive (B2B) Work Setup: Field-Based + Onsite Work Shift: Day Shift Work Location: South Luzon Areas Employment Type: Full-Time Benefits: Transportation Allowance Competitive Commissions Mobile Allowance HMO Coverage Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in Construction Sales Industry (B2B Sales required) Experience in real estate, construction materials, or as a Sales Engineer is an advantage Strong project-closing strategies and negotiation skills Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets Willing to travel within the assigned region for client presentations, client visits, mockups and projects Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage B2B client relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and distributors nationwide, promoting the company’s innovative lightweight concrete product. Conduct field selling, client presentations, and site visits within assigned territory. Identify and generate new accounts to expand market presence Negotiate quotations and contracts to maximize revenue and profitability Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory planning Conduct product demonstrations and mock-ups when necessary
