Description - Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their selling skills.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report to upper management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Qualities and Traits: Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to travel within designated area
