Location: BGC, Taguig City (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Workdays: Monday to Friday We’re hiring a Career Support Senior Manager to lead our department, drive performance, and strengthen client relationships at scale. In this role, you’ll oversee placements and productivity, build and develop leaders, optimize processes, and act as the key partner for senior stakeholders—ensuring operational excellence and long‑term client success. Responsibilities:
- Direct the Career Support function, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee performance across placements, quality, and productivity.
- Convert company strategy into scalable operational initiatives.
- Manage KPIs across teams and consistently achieve targets.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to guide data‑driven decisions.
- Develop managers and strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building.
- Lead process optimization and transformation projects.
- Resolve systemic issues with scalable, data‑based solutions.
- Manage cross‑functional initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Serve as the primary Career Support leader for senior stakeholders and key clients.
- Own strategic account relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term value.
- Handle escalations and align operations with client needs.
- Provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to company principles and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of solid professional experience.
- 8+ years in contact center or customer care operations.
- 8–12 years in operations, customer support, or related fields, including senior leadership roles.
- Minimum of 2 years in a Senior Manager position.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong background in account management or client service leadership.
- Experience in US RPO and high‑volume hiring.
- Skilled in scaling CRM and ATS tools; startup/scaling experience is a plus.
- Expertise in process improvement and operational transformation.
- Certification or strong experience in Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, Green/Black Belt, or
