- The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry items as needed (usually up to 25 pounds).
