- A Food Attendant provides excellent customer service by assisting customers with their food orders, ensuring food is served in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers as they arrive, take food orders, and provide recommendations if needed.
- Ensure orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Address customer inquiries or complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Food Preparation Assistance:
- Assist kitchen staff in preparing food, beverages, and garnishes.
- Ensure food items are served according to restaurant standards and quality control.
- Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Clean tables, chairs, and food service areas regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
- Ensure all utensils, plates, and glasses are clean and ready for use.
- Stocking and Inventory:
- Replenish supplies like napkins, condiments, and drinks as needed.
- Assist in stocking the kitchen or dining area with necessary items.
- Other Duties:
- Assist in cashiering duties and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist with food running, ensuring quick service during peak hours.
- Perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.

- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (10 kg).
- Other Qualities:
- Positive attitude and team-oriented.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
