Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business studies or its equivalent
- Knowledgeable in operating POS machine and handling credit card transaction is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- With pleasing personality, sales driven and with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Undergraduate with cashiering experience in a Retail industry are welcome to apply
- With pleasing interpersonal skills and pleasing personality
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth customer transactions and a positive shopping experience.
- Accepting cash, credit, debit, and check payments, issuing receipts, and making change accurately.
- Answering questions, providing product information, handling returns and exchanges, and resolving complaints or issues.
- Balancing cash registers, maintaining accurate transaction records, performing cash drops, and reconciling the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and free of clutter, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
