- 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (private sector experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player, committed to meeting sales targets
Role Purpose:
The Corporate Sales Specialist represents the company to private sector clients, ensuring excellent customer service, client satisfaction, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and provide solutions
- Achieve sales quotas and expand corporate accounts
- Monitor market trends and pursue new opportunities
- Process and track sales orders
- Manage collections, account statements, and documentation
