Social Media & Community Growth Manager

About the role
The Social Media & Community Growth Manager owns organic social content, audience growth, community engagement, and participation-led social activations while coordinating external marketing calendars and submission workflows across Growth and Platform Operations. The role is responsible for managing CRM and landing-page execution, maintaining campaign performance metrics, and driving cross-functional optimization through proactive scheduling, problem-solving, and milestone tracking.

Social Content, Channel Management, and Audience Growth
CRM, Landing Pages, and Marketing Systems
Performance Matrix, Funnel Analysis, and Growth Optimization
Community Management and Partner Channels
Internal Support and Moderator Coordination
About you
Proven Track Record: Experience in social media, content growth, or community management backed by demonstrable, data-driven growth outcomes.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Taglish, paired with a strong understanding of Philippine audiences.
Project Management: Exceptional ability to juggle concurrent campaigns, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers proactively.
Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with social platforms, bulk messaging tools, marketing systems, and AI-assisted content creation.
Industry Preference: Prior experience in iGaming, regulated industries, or creator/streamer partnerships is a strong advantage.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends as required by campaign activities.

Employment : Full-time I Probationary to Regular
Work Setup : On-site at Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
Relocation Support : Relocating package available for employment coming from outside Cebu
Schedule : 6 days per week I Shifting Schedule
