Marketing Manager (Tech & Gaming)

About the role
This is a marketing leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions aligned with business growth and sales targets. The role encompasses digital and omnichannel management, retail marketing initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to drive brand awareness, store traffic, and sales performance.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions, and product launches aligned with business growth and sales targets
Oversee social media platforms, e-commerce storefronts, online marketplaces, paid advertising, and digital marketing campaigns
Guide creative materials, content planning, and brand communications while ensuring all promotional materials strictly adhere to brand standards
Develop and execute localized marketing initiatives that drive physical store traffic, boost branch sales, and support store openings, events, and mall activations
Collaborate with branch teams, brand partners, suppliers, external agencies, and internal departments to execute joint campaigns and co-funded promotions
Track and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, inquiries, store traffic, online leads, and direct sales contributions
Prepare post-campaign evaluations with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement, while managing multiple projects and campaign timelines from ideation through execution
About you
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
4–6 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in retail, consumer electronics, technology, gaming, lifestyle, or FMCG
Solid knowledge of paid advertising, social media management, e-commerce, online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), and digital analytics platforms
Strong creative direction capability with proven experience evaluating marketing content, visual design, copy, and promotional collateral
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with a track record of coordinating across sales, operations, suppliers, agencies, and external partners
Highly organized, proactive, creative, and results-oriented, with a willingness to conduct branch visits, attend events, and support on-site marketing activations as needed
