About the role
Dialysis Nurse responsible for coordinating patient care and overseeing dialysis treatment from start to finish within the Hemodialysis Unit.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate with the Head Nurse/Charge Nurse
Talk with patients to understand their overall condition and whether there have been any changes
Educate patients about their health condition and treatment options
Check patients' vital signs
Oversee dialysis treatment from start to finish
Cannulate accesses
Clean and dress permanent and temporary catheters
Identify irregular dialysis reactions and notify appropriate medical team members
Secure blood works
Provide pre- and post-procedure care to patients within the Hemodialysis Unit
About you
More than 1 year of experience as a Dialysis Nurse
Valid PRC
With HD certificate is a plus
