Description - Provide medical assistance and first aid to employees in a timely manner.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all employee interactions.
- Educate staff on health and safety practices within the workplace.
- Collaborate with management to implement health policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or workplace setting
- Skills and Competencies: First-Aid, CPC Certification, strong communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle emergencies and maintain composure under pressure
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
