Position Summary
Support the Franchise team in assessing, marketing, and scaling the Made For You (MFY) customization business across franchise stores, with a focus on customer experience, operational execution, and commercial performance.
What You'll Do
- Conduct an assessment of existing MFY-enabled franchise stores and identify operational and commercial gaps.
- Benchmark best-performing MFY locations and identify best practices.
- Support the development of local store marketing calendars, social media activations, and customer experience ideas.
- Help identify priority franchise stores for MFY rollout and develop a store tiering framework.
- Support the development of MFY equipment, space, and operational requirements.
- Assist in creating the Franchise MFY Expansion Toolkit and other project materials.
- Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams to support MFY expansion initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in retail, consumer experience, marketing, and business development.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable conducting store visits and working with different stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
