Description - Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to prepare for potential advancement within the company.
- Support inventory management processes by monitoring stock levels and ensuring adequate supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance teamwork and operational efficiency.
- Engage in effective communication with staff and management to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in operations or management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in operations management, teamwork, and communication
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service
