Description - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, ability to handle customer inquiries effectively, and proficiency in call centre operations.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly, empathic demeanor.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
