Sales Coordinator

About the role
You'll be the on-site sales lead from Thursday to Sunday. You'll host ocular visits, follow up on leads, represent us at expos, and help build our online presence, working closely with our remote operations and marketing team.
Key responsibilities
Assist all ocular visits from prospective clients
Answer queries by phone and on social media
Coordinate with the remote operations and marketing team on sales leads
Do sales calls to companies with offices in the area, promoting the venue for corporate team building and workshops
Log all details of guests and ocular clients
Serve as lead person for all expos and exhibits the property joins in Tagaytay and Metro Manila
Create content for the Airbnb/accommodation segment of the property
Shoot raw videos for the marketing and graphic design team
Schedule social media posts
Engage with clients online through comments and sharing posts
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in sales, events, hotels/resorts or admin is a plus
Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino
Strong customer service skills: polite, patient, persuasive and detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; basic Canva skills a plus
Comfortable with phone and in-person sales, and able to shoot clear photos and videos with a smartphone
Organized, with good follow-through and time management
Willing to work Thursday to Sunday, including holidays, and to travel to Tagaytay and Metro Manila for expos and sales calls
Able to report to the Nasugbu, Batangas site

Gusty Grove Batulao is a rustic garden wedding and events venue along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Road, with Airbnb-listed rustic cabins. We host weddings, corporate events and gatherings of 100 to 250 guests.
