SALES OFFICER – RESIDENTIAL
- Available Vacancy: 1
- Salary Range: ₱25,000–₱30,000 per month
- Work Arrangement: On-site
- Office Location: 51 Gilmore Ave., 11th Street corner New Manila, Quezon City
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct face-to-face consultations and regular client visits to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain and demonstrate the features, capabilities, and benefits of available audio-visual products and solutions.
- Prepare customized sales proposals based on client requirements.
- Arrange product demonstrations and pilot installations at client sites when necessary.
- Coordinate with technical teams and suppliers to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare sales reports, provide client feedback, and document challenges encountered along with proposed solutions.
- Stay updated on developments in audio-visual equipment, technology, and related solutions.
- Manage multiple clients, proposals, and projects while ensuring excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience .
- Experience in residential or property sales is an advantage.
- Knowledge of audio-visual technologies and/or smart home integration is preferred but not required.
- Technical experience in the audio-visual industry or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and client relationship management abilities.
- Customer-oriented, professional, presentable, and comfortable conducting client consultations and product demonstrations.
- Willing to work on-site and perform sales-related activities, including client visits.
