- Conduct skills assessments to identify and address specific training needs, focusing on sales fundamentals and key sales enablers
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap to enhance sales team competencies
- Ensure all training aligns with business objectives and includes evaluation processes to measure effectiveness
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree; Business related course is a plus
- Experience: 2-3 years in a sales training position, preferably in FMCG. Used to working in nationwide scope
- Skills: Training development and delivery, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Ability to work effectively and influence across multiple functions and levels, Good communication skills
