Own the marketing engine for an Australian tech company: Dynamics 365 campaigns, web, events and creative, full-time and dedicated.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Support Officer to support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives for an Australian client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life, maintaining digital platforms, coordinating events, and ensuring marketing activities are delivered accurately and on time. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support campaign execution, website management, CRM administration, reporting, and marketing operations.

Key Duties

• Maintain and update the client's website on GoDaddy and WordPress: publish blogs, news, case studies, staff profiles, partner logos and landing pages from supplied content
• Build and manage campaigns, marketing lists and scheduled emails in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Set up event registrations, forms and landing pages; manage attendee communications and reminders
• Coordinate event logistics with the Office Administrator and assist with post-event reporting
• Create marketing assets in Canva: social graphics, event collateral, email banners, infographics; keep sales presentations brand-approved
• Maintain contact databases and data quality in the CRM
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and dashboards; track campaign and event metrics
• Maintain project plans, task trackers, asset libraries, process documentation and support budget and invoice administration

Requirements

Must Have Attributes

• 2+ years in marketing coordination, marketing operations or campaign administration
• Hands-on CRM email marketing experience, ideally Dynamics 365; strong candidates from HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar considered if quick learners
• Website CMS publishing experience (WordPress)
• Strong written English for client-facing web and email content
• Full-time, dedicated to one client
• Attention to detail with data hygiene and brand consistency
