How You’ll Shine
- Fulfills specialized, complex requests by clarifying desired information and carrying out transaction and information requests.
- Performs payment histories and balance disputes for all three brands
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential in accordance with PCI and PII guidelines
- Updates job knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related requests as needed
