Assistant F&B Manager - Robinsons Ermita

Job Summary The Assistant F&B Manager supports the overall operations of the food and beverage department by ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and compliance with company standards. The role assists in supervising staff, monitoring service quality, and achieving operational goals. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations
  • Supervise and support restaurant and service staff
  • Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor cleanliness, food quality, and service standards
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hotel operations is required
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
