Stockman - Robinsons Ermita

Job Summary: The Stockman is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing stocks, supplies, and materials. The role ensures accurate inventory records, proper stock handling, and timely distribution of items to support smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery receipts
• Organize and store stocks, supplies, and materials in designated storage areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation
• Prepare and issue requested materials, supplies, and products to authorized personnel
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock audits
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory items (FIFO when applicable)
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of stockroom and storage areas
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials when necessary
• Follow company inventory control procedures and safety regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or logistics operations is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials
