Biostatistician II - Early Development Studies

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Biostatistician II to lead statistical analyses and deliverables for early development studies. This remote role in the Philippines involves independent project leadership, SAS programming, statistical planning, and cross-functional coordination with sponsors and programming teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead statistical analyses, develop specifications, and review formatted datasets and results
- Conduct team meetings, manage project timelines, assess resources, and prepare budgets
- Liaise with sponsors regarding all project aspects and statistical deliverables
- Coordinate with programmers and data management on database structures and analysis support
- Develop statistical analysis plans, perform SAS programming, and review study reports
Requirements
- Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of biostatistics experience; CRO experience preferred
- Proficient SAS programming (BASE, STAT, MACRO, GRAPH modules)
- Strong statistical principles knowledge and modeling capability
- Experience creating table, listing, and figure specifications
- Project management skills and English language proficiency
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
