Business Development Manager (Remote)

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Development Manager (Remote) . We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners (such as IBs and affiliates), and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape. Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners in assigned regions - Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships - Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry - Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant - Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director - Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars Candidate Profile: - 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry is a must - Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients - Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services - Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment - Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements Our offer: - Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership - Ability to contribute to dynamic business at a growth phase - High level of autonomy, support of ideas and putting your expertise into the best practices for the company - Continuous personal development, training budget, growth with the company and opportunity to learn from industry leaders - Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemes - Vibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrations - Corporate equipment - Fully remote work Journey to FP Markets: - Interview with HR - Interview with the Hiring Manager - Presentation of Business Plan to the Head of Business Development Join our team and be a part of a professional, rapidly-growing company operating in a multicultural environment!
