Description - Identify potential business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Proven success managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets in B2B/B2C environments.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, BNPL, lending, and digital payments.
