Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and sales expertise to achieve revenue targets and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion :
- Research and identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
Client Acquisition :
- Generate leads, pitch solutions, and secure new business deals.
Relationship Management :
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.
Strategic Planning :
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Negotiation & Closing :
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals that maximize profitability.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
Performance Tracking :
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present progress to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
