Lead Assistant Manager

Description - Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and support team members to enhance productivity and morale.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact between upper management and team members.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills; proficiency in PHRN (Professional in Human Resources National).
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities; proactive and adaptable.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to oversee projects from inception to completion and ensure team engagement.
