Growth Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Lead to strengthen and guide our growth initiatives at Digirockstars. This role ensures that performance targets across our growth marketing efforts are clearly defined, consistently tracked, and achieved. You will provide strategic direction, approve campaign outputs, lead high-level performance reviews, and represent growth strategy in client-facing discussions.

This is a leadership role focused on accountability, clarity, and raising standards — not day-to-day execution.

What You’ll Be Working On

Growth Performance & Strategic Direction

• Ensure growth performance targets are met and provide strategic direction for campaigns
• Approve campaign concepts and execution plans before launch
• Ensure alignment with brand standards and requirements
• Ensure adherence to platform best practices and internal SOPs

Client-Facing Strategy & Reporting

• Present campaign strategies and performance updates to clients
• Translate performance data into clear narratives, strategic insights, and next steps
• Serve as the primary point of escalation within the team

Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on business objectives
• Provide clarity of direction across initiatives to ensure execution supports agreed goals

Team Leadership & Oversight

• Lead and manage a team while setting expectations and maintaining accountability
• Provide strategic feedback and mentorship to strengthen campaign thinking and execution quality
• Foster a culture of ownership, discipline, and high standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing
• Experience handling campaign strategy and reporting
• Experience mentoring or supervising is a plus
• Comfortable presenting to clients
• Strong analytical thinking and coachability
• Structured, process-oriented mindset
