Senior Lead Analyst Business Intelligence

We are looking for a Senior Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making across Customer Care operations. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Extract data from business systems, clean, and format the data based on the expected report output.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements from an existing report and provide recommendations based on customer requests.
• Communicate issues or concerns to the Operational Excellence Manager and other partners regarding the result of the analysis.
• Conceptualize and develop reports and dashboards designed to aid the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care team.
• Drive the design and evolution of dashboards and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and data quality frameworks.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related fields.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Insights.
• Relevant experience in data mining, data processing, analysis, and report preparation.
• High proficiency in dashboard creation and using data visualization tools for report generation.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills for data interpretation and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge and experience in Customer Care end-to-end process is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets preferred.
