REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Oppen opportunity for Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Foreign nationals are able to apply and can process a working visa.
- All fresh graduates and Bachelor's Degrees can apply.
- Having related experience is an advantage.
- Available to work on a flexible schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Communicate and organize vessel schedules, cargo shipments, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth shipping operations.
- Speak to Mandarin-speaking suppliers, contractors, and business partners regarding delivery and logistics concerns.
- Organize, check, and keep the shipping documents, including invoices, packing Mandarin Shipping Compliance Coordinator lists, and Bills of Lading.
- Check shipment progress, resolve logistics issues, and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely delivery.
