JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.
• Open to foreign nationals and can process a working visa.
• Open to Fresh graduates and Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• Having related experience is a big plus
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage vessel schedules, cargo movements, and delivery timelines to support efficient shipping operations.
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, contractors, and business partners regarding logistics and shipment-related matters.
• Prepare, review, and maintain essential shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
• Track shipment status, address logistics challenges, and collaborate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and port authorities to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
