Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth supply flow, cost efficiency, and timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement planning and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or production units
- Maintain accurate supply chain records and documentation
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and manage risks
- Collaborate with internal departments such as production, sales, and finance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or construction procurement
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and demand forecasting
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle ERP) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
