Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus 5 years experience as an HR Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Experience with HR software and systems Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Manage the recruitment and selection process Oversee performance management and employee development programs Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR policies Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts Maintain HR records and prepare reports Coordinate training and development initiatives Support organizational change and development Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning Manage compensation and benefits programs Promote employee engagement and retention
