REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipino’s and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, and other related courses.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting.
• With knowledge or skills in SAP and accounting software.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Process bank statements accurately and on time, including bank statement postings, transitory bank account clearing, and bank account maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
• Execute bank reconciliations and Internal Control System (ICS) activities, while supporting internal and external audit requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues, participate in process discussions, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Develop expertise in assigned banking and accounting processes to ensure efficient operations and deliver high-quality financial support.
