Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end telco customer accounts—onboarding, billing disputes, credit risk reviews, and churn prevention—with zero SLA breaches.
- Drive revenue assurance by auditing billing anomalies, validating usage data, and coordinating with finance/tech teams for corrections.
- Own escalation resolution for high-impact telco accounts—coordinating with legal, tech, and client-side stakeholders under tight timelines.
- Implement process automation in CRM (Salesforce/Zendesk/ServiceNow) to reduce handling time and increase first-contact resolution rates.
- Train and mentor junior account reps on telco billing models, regulatory compliance (e.g., SIM registration, data privacy), and client-specific SOPs.
