A promodiser is responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, maintaining attractive product displays, and achieving sales targets within assigned retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Promotion
- Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage
- Sales Generation
- Encourage customers to purchase products
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas
- Customer Assistance
- Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Merchandising
- Arrange and restock shelves or display areas
- Ensure products are clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Set up promotional displays or booths
- Inventory Monitoring
- Track stock levels and report shortages
- Coordinate with supervisors or store personnel for replenishment
- Reporting
- Submit daily sales reports and inventory updates
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activity
