Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
- Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stocks or cycle counts
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the warehouse
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and warehouse policies
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of shipments and deliveries
- Assist in the training and development of warehouse personnel
- Resolve day-to-day issues such as delays, equipment problems, and discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments for efficient operations
- Track performance metrics (e.g., order accuracy, dispatch time, staff productivity)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in a Fast-paced warehouse or distribution center setting is an advantage
