- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all payments received.
- Conduct debtor follow-ups and manage strategic collection communications.
- Verify agent commission payables and ensure accurate invoice processing.
- Reconcile student payment records and regularly update account balances.
- Respond to student and agent payment inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Previous experience in data entry, accounts receivable, finance administration, or customer service.
- Strong data entry skills with a basic understanding of accounts receivable and invoicing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Highly organized, dependable, and equipped with strong time management skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience working in a high-volume administrative environment.
- Hands-on experience with finance systems or student management systems is highly advantageous.
