Description - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in the general ledger.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred; proficient in QuickBooks and auditing.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger operations.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment with standard working hours.
