Admin Task:
1. Manpower Monitoring
Monitor and maintain the manpower list for the Audit Team (PA2 & IC) for RGC and TPMC.
Identify vacant positions for PA2 and IC roles.
2. Manpower Requests
Prepare Manpower Requests Forms (MRF0 for both vacant and newly created positions.
Process Requests for Notice of Personnel Acton (NOPA) for employees who are transferred or have changes in position.
3. Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
Schedule final interviews for candidates endorsed by the recruitment team for PA2 and IC roles.
Prepare summary of all interviewed candidates including their status.
Request Job Offers (JO) for selected candidates.
Monitor onboarding dates of hired candidates.
Coordinate with Audit Officers and Audit Supervisors regarding training schedules and trainer assignments.
4. Employee Status Monitoring
Track employees under probationary period and prepare monthly performance evaluation schedules.
5. Coordination & Support
Act as the point person of Mindbridge related concerns.
Perform other tasks as instructed by the Audit Team Head
