Responsibilities include planning routes, loading and unloading cargo, performing vehicle inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service. Strong driving skills, attention to detail, and a clean driving record are essential for this role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a commercial or delivery setting.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Ability to operate and maintain a vehicle in good working condition.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good time management and route planning abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, if applicable.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours or weekends, as required.
