Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a polite, friendly, and professional attitude throughout the journey.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with Grab's safety and operational standards.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, with a good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety.
Previous experience as a ride-hailing driver or in a similar driving role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, ability to use mobile apps effectively, and a flexible schedule to accommodate various work hours.
